Below are the habits known to speed up the aging process.
Smoking
It is known that smoking affects all body organs but what most people do not know is that it also speeds up the aging process of the skin leading to premature wrinkles. Smoking increases inflammation in the body resulting in the damage of collagen hence making the skin sag.
Sleep deprivation
Many of us notice dark circles under our eyes after not sleeping for long. Continuous lack of sleep does not only causes dark circles but also other symptoms of aging for example dark spots and fine lines earlier than expected.
Failure to Exercise

Consumption of alcohol increases the levels of triglycerides in the body and also allows fine lines and wrinkles to appear at an early age. Consumption of alcohol for a long time accelerates the aging process because it causes dehydration and depletion of Vitamin A which is important in keeping the skin young.
Exposure to the Sun
Being continuously exposed to the ultraviolet rays of the sun can damage the elastic fiber of the skin. The fibers are responsible for keeping the skin firm and hence if they are damaged, the skin begins sagging and becoming loose. Continuous exposure to the sun also causes age spots on the face and hands
